Adam Youn

Adam Youn has been an integral part of Citivest since 2013, where he serves as the head of the company’s accounting function. In this capacity, he is responsible for a comprehensive range of activities related to property management accounting. His key responsibilities include reviewing and reporting monthly financial statements for Citivest and its affiliate investors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards; coordinating and reviewing tax returns to guarantee timely and precise filings; and managing the accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain optimal cash flow and financial health of the organization.

Before joining Citivest, Mr. Youn commenced his professional journey at a certified public accounting firm, where he gained extensive experience in income and payroll tax preparation. His work there was particularly focused on corporate audit and compliance research, equipping him with a solid foundation in financial regulations and best practices.

Mr. Youn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, which has provided him with the analytical skills and financial acumen necessary to excel in his current role.
