Our Story
Citivest Commercial builds upon the expertise and success of a 40-year-old real estate operating company that has acquired, developed, managed, and sold hundreds of commercial and residential assets, primarily across the Southwest and Pacific states. With a strong track record of profitability, Citivest Commercial has invested in and developed commercial assets both independently and through strategic ventures.

Following the significant shifts in the real estate market during the 2008–2010 period, Citivest Commercial expanded its focus to capitalize on recovering markets and distressed note sales, particularly in the commercial sector. Today, Citivest Commercial continues to identify and pursue high-potential development and repositioning opportunities in commercial real estate. Our investment focus includes income-producing properties, notes, and distressed debt.
